Did you Know....Chasity Melvin
Chasity Melvin was drafted by the Washington Mystics in the Dispersal Draft on January 6th, 2003.
1. What is your most prized possession?
My two silver rings with small diamonds in them. They are flat faced.
2. If you had to pick a song to describe yourself, what would you pick?
"She Drives Me Crazy", because I will drive you crazy. All the boys are talking about me in that song.
3. What is the significance behind the #44?
I have worn the #44 since I first started playing basketball. I love this number. I do not play well if I have on another number. It is just a part of me.
4. Do you sing in the shower?
Yes, I sing in the shower.
5. What are your favorite pizza toppings?
Pepperoni and pineapples. I like quadruples of pineapples, and I feel like I am in heaven. Well, at least as close to it.
6. Do you snore?
No, I laugh in my sleep. I am not sure if that is better or worse than snoring.
7. Can anyone call you Grandma or just your teammates?
I guess anyone can call me Grandma. I have always had an old soul. I like music that my parents enjoyed growing up. I like old movies. Yep, I am a Grandma. I am pretty low key. I am slow on the court, because it just takes me awhile to warm-up. So, I am a Grandma.
8. You have two younger sisters. How come you get bossed around?
My family gave me the nickname "Baby". They boss me around because I am a baby and I am spoiled. I am seriously the brat of the family. I may be the oldest but I am the spoiled one. Because my family calls me "Baby", they think they are the older sisters.
