Mystery Woman Spotted in Loading Dock of Silver Cross Field

July 29, 2010 - Northern League (NL)
Joliet JackHammers News Release

JOLIET IL - Joliet JackHammers' Vice President of Operations and Marketing, Kelly Sufka, caught a glimpse of the large pink woman that has been plaguing Silver Cross Field for the past nine months today. As Kelly was out feeding Jack and Hammer, the two pigmy goats that are the newest additions to the JackHammers Family, she noticed pink fur on the goats' cage door. As she leaned in to pull the fur from the gate, she heard a rustling coming from behind Jammer's golf cart. Kelly tried to get a better look, but all she saw was a fleeing woman with flowing blond pigtails.

"She moved too quickly for me to get a good look at her, and she may even have nabbed the extra keys to the golf cart," Sufka said. "Jammer's going to be putting his detective hat on, and hopefully, we'll have this mystery solved by the end of the weekend."

Loose Gravel: The JackHammers currently have partial-season seats, mini-plan packages, group outings and individual tickets on sale.
