Previously held at Applebee's restaurant on Hamilton Boulevard in Sioux City, the event has been moved to the Tyson Events Center and will take place on the ice. The dinner and auction will take place on special insulated flooring that will be put down over two thirds of the ice sheet. Patrons will be able to step off of the insulated flooring onto the ice surface to participate in special "on ice" games. An autograph session with the Musketeer players, as well as former NHL player and current NHL commentator Eddie Olczyk will be held as well.
Applebee's continues as the premiere sponsor of the event, providing staffing for meal and beverage prep and services required. Musketeer players will join the Applebee's staff, serving patrons and guests throughout the evening.
The event continues on Friday and Saturday night, February 12th and 13th, with silent auctions occurring at each of the Musketeer home games scheduled for that weekend. These auctions will again have sports memorabilia and numerous other items available for bidding.
Event T-shirts will also be available for purchase with all proceeds going into the Face Off for Charity event fund.
Tickets are $20 for adults and $10 for students. They're available through the Musketeer office by calling 712-252-2116.
