Mudcats to Hold Anthem Tryouts March 23

Zebulon, N.C. - The Carolina Mudcats will be hosting their annual National Anthem tryouts on Saturday, March 23rd at 9:00 a.m. inside Five County Stadium. Registration will begin at 8:30 a.m. on the third base side of the stadium and will be first come first serve. Tryouts will end at noon.

All singers, including solo and groups, wanting to sing "The Star Spangled Banner" must tryout on this date, including those who have sang in years past. All auditions must be sung a capella. All performers will sing the National Anthem on the field as if it were a real game.

The Carolina Mudcats will open their second year as members of the Carolina League on April 5 at Five County Stadium against the Winston-Salem Dash. Season tickets and Mini-Plans can be purchased by calling (919) 269-2287 or online at carolinamudcats.com.
