Carolina Mudcats News Release
Zebulon, NC --- The Cincinnati Reds have made a series of roster moves impacting their Double-A affiliate Carolina Mudcats prior to tonight's series opener at Chattanooga.
C Chris Denove has been placed on the seven-day disabled list with a sprained left thumb. C Brian Peterson has replaced Denove on the Mudcats' roster, joining Carolina from Louisville. LHP Camilo Vazquez has been reassigned to Carolina from Louisville, while RHP Zach Stewart was sent to Triple-A.
Carolina's roster is at the Southern League limit of 24 players.
