The Muckdogs return home this Saturday, June 26th for a two-game series with the State College Spikes, followed by a three-game series with the Mahoning Valley Scrappers.
Saturday will feature Star Wars Night with your favorite characters from another galaxy walking among the crowd at Dwyer Stadium, presented by the 501st Legion. "Rock the Ballpark," a free pre-game concert with Papa and Mama Root, will also occur before the game on Saturday. The concert will feature oldies rock-n-roll from the 60's and 70's courtesy of Tim Horton's in Batavia and New Buffalo Impact. Game time is 7:05 p.m. with gates opening at 6 p.m.
Round two of the series with the Spikes, an affiliate of the Pittsburgh Pirates is Sunday, June 27th at 1:05 p.m. with gates opening at noon. This afternoon will offer a Knot Hole Gang Game presented by Turnbull Heating and Air. Knot Hole Gang members can get a general admission ticket for just $2.00, and their parents also get a $1 off their tickets. To find out how to become a member, check out muckdogs.com. Monday, June 28th through Wednesday, June 30th, the Muckdogs will begin their three-game series with the Scrappers, an affiliate of the Cleveland Indians. All three games begin at 7:05 p.m. with gates opening at 6 p.m.
Monday offers Anti-Bullying Night presented by Genesee County Baseball Club & Drug Free Communities. It will also be a Muckdog Monday presented by the Daily News where fans receive a $1 off a general admission ticket with coupon in the Saturday edition of the Daily News.
