
Morays become celebrity scoopers for "World\'s Largest Ice Cream Cake Social"

MIAMI, FL â This Monday, April 25th, the Miami Morays are going to go from scooping up fumbles to scooping up ice cream as they take part in the Make-A-Wish Foundation's 4th annual "World's Largest Ice Cream Cake Social".
In celebration of the Make-A-Wish Foundation's 25th anniversary, Cold Stone Creamery locations across South Florida and the United States will treat guests who make a donation to the Make-A-Wish Foundation's fund-raising efforts to a free slice of ice cream cake. The cake was designed by an 11-year-old Make-A-Wish child from Boston.
The Miami Morays are proud to participate by sending running back Mike Hill to be the "Celebrity Scooper" at the Cold Stone Creamery store in Pinecrest on Monday, April 25th from 5-8 pm. Come out and join the fun at the Pinecrest Cold Stone Creamery located at 9059 South Dixie Hwy in Miami.
The Morays will give discounted ticket vouchers to any customer who makes a donation to the Make-A-Wish Foundation, and the Lady Morays will be on hand to cheer on this worthwhile nation-wide endeavor.
"The Morays are proud to participate in such a worthwhile grass-roots event is support of the Make-A-Wish Foundation's 25th anniversary celebration," said Head Coach Larry Little. "We look forward to having the Miami Moray players and fans to come out and take part in such a great and rewarding cause."
The Make-A-Wish Foundation grants the wishes of children with life-threatening medical conditions to enrich the human experience with hope, strength, and joy. It is the largest wish-granting charity in the world, with 74 chapters in the United States and its territories and 28 international affiliates on five continents. The Southern Florida chapter granted the wishes of 490 children last year alone and recently granted their 5,000th wish. For more information, please visit www.sflawish.org.
