Mooseheads announce playoff schedule

Halifax Mooseheads will open their first round of the 2007 playoffs at Moncton Wednesday, March 21 and will play their first home game at Metro Centre Friday, March 23, Mooseheads' General Manager Marcel Patenaude confirmed today.

Due to scheduling problems at both the Metro Centre and the Moncton Coliseum, the best four of seven first round series will alternate home dates.

Game one of the series at Moncton next Wednesday will start at 7:30 p.m. while Friday's game two at Metro Centre will begin at 7:00 p.m.

Game three will be played at Moncton on Sunday, March 25 at 1:30 p.m. with game four at the Metro Centre Monday, March 26 at 7:00 p.m.

Game 1 Wed., Mar. 21 Halifax Mooseheads at Moncton Wildcats 7:30 p.m.

Game 2 Fri., Mar. 23 Moncton Wildcats at Halifax Mooseheads 7:00 p.m.

Game 3 Sun., Mar. 25 Halifax Mooseheads at Moncton Wildcats 1:30 p.m.

Game 4 Mon., Mar. 26 Moncton Wildcats at Halifax Mooseheads 7:00 p.m.

If necessary:

Game 5 Wed., Mar. 28 Halifax Mooseheads at Moncton Wildcats 7:30 p.m.

Game 6 Fri., Mar. 30 Moncton Wildcats at Halifax Mooseheads 7:00 p.m.

Game 7 Tue., Apr. 03 Halifax Mooseheads at Moncton Wildcats 7:30 p.m.
