
Moose Sign Stefan Schneider To ATO

The Manitoba Moose today announced they have signed defenceman Stefan Schneider to an amateur tryout contract.
Schneider, 20, comes to the Moose from the Portland Winterhawks of the Western Hockey League. After 72 games this season, Schneider recorded 23 points (12g & 11a) along with 42 penalty minutes. He also played in 13 playoff games with the club where he earned five points (3g & 2a) and 10 penalty minutes.
The Vernon, BC native has suited up for 175 career WHL games between Portland and Vancouver. In that time, he has accumulated 43 career points (23g & 20a) along with 123 penalty minutes.
