Moose Sign Stefan Drew To ATO

The Manitoba Moose today announced they have signed goaltender Stefan Drew to an amateur tryout contract.

Drew, 24, played the past four seasons for the Sacred Heart University Pioneers of the NCAA. In that time, the Dugald, MB native recorded 33 wins and five shutouts. Before his collegiate career, Drew won a Manitoba Junior Hockey League championship and an Anavet Cup with the Portage Terriers.

Drew recently dressed in two American Hockey League games for the Hershey Bears on January 8th and 9th. Drew signed an amateur tryout contract and served as the team's backup goaltender for a pair of games against the Manitoba Moose in Winnipeg.
