Monday's Opener With Blue Rocks Postponed
May 4, 2009 - Carolina League (CarL1)
Potomac Nationals News Release
WILMINGTON, De.- After a soggy week at Pfitzner Stadium, the Potomac Nationals were hoping for a break in the weather when they headed north to begin a four-game set with the Wilmington Blue Rocks. Unfortunately for the P-Nats, the team took the nasty weather with them to Delaware, and their series opener with the Blue Rocks has been postponed until Tuesday when the teams will play two seven-inning games starting at 5:05 ET.
You can catch all the action live tomorrow afternoon starting at 4:40 ET for the P-Nats pregame show with Dan McGinn and Anthony Masterson.
The Nationals are in Wilmington for four games before driving down to North Carolina to take on the Winston-Salem Dash for a three game set before returning to Pfitzner Stadium to welcome the Salem Red Sox for a quick three-game homestand.
For information on ticket sales, daily promotions, and everything to satisfy your P-Nats cravings, call (703) 590-2311 or log onto www.potomacnationals.com to join the party!
