
Moncton Wildcats Annual Skills Competition March 8th

The Moncton Wildcats annual skills competition presented this year by Andrews Hockey School will take place next Tuesday March 8th at the Festival Arena in Shediac, start time for the event is 6:15pm. The event is free of charge to attend, however, there will be donation jars set up at the entrance to make a donation to the Shediac Minor Hockey Association. A 50/50 opportunity with all proceeds also going to the Shediac Minor Hockey Association will also be taking place.
The Wildcats have been divided into two teams and will compete against each other showing off their skills in the competitions such as the fastest skater, shooting accuracy, rapid fire shoot-out, puck control relay, hardest shot, a breakaway competition and a team relay. Points will be allocated to the winning team of each competition. Also, each competition will have individual winners.
Following the competition, be sure to come upstairs to the canteen area of the Festival Arena so you can meet your favorite players and get their autographs.
The Moncton Wildcats would like to thank Andrews Hockey School, the Shediac Minor Hockey Association, as well as Pizza Delight for all their help in staging another great event!
