
Monarchs Advance To The Eastern Conference Final

MANCHESTER, NH - The Manchester Monarchs, the primary affiliate of the Los Angeles Kings, have advanced to the 2010 Calder Cup Eastern Conference Final with their 2-1 overtime win over the Worcester Sharks on Friday night and will face the Hershey Bears in round three starting on Wednesday, May 12 at the Giant Center, Monarchs President Darren Abbott announced today.
The Monarchs win over the Sharks on Friday advanced them to the Calder Cup Eastern Conference Final for only the second time in franchise history. Fans can watch games one and two against the Bears at the Monarchs Viewing Parties at PJ O'Sullivans on Wednesday, May 12 and Saturday, May 15. The puck drops for both games at 7:00 p.m.
2010 Calder Cup playoff tickets for the third round (up to three home games) for the Monarchs are on sale now at the Verizon Wireless Arena box office, online at www.manchestermonarchs.com and through Ticketmaster by calling (800) 745-3000 or by visiting Ticketmaster online at www.ticketmaster.com. Fans may also purchase playoff tickets at all Ticketmaster locations, including the Customer Service Desk at the Mall of New Hampshire.
Individual ticket prices for the third round of the playoffs are $24.00 for adults in the Gold level and $18.00 for adults in the Silver level of the Verizon Wireless Arena, $22.00 for seniors (65 and older) in the Gold level and $16.00 for seniors in the Silver level and $14.00 for youth tickets (12 and under) in both levels.
