
Mitchell Returns to Skyforce

Sioux Falls, S.D. (March 5, 2013) - The Sioux Falls Skyforce announced today that the team has acquired guard Casey Mitchell as a returning player. To make room for him on the roster the team waived center Will Foster. He is expected to be in uniform tonight as the Skyforce hosts the Idaho Stampede at 7 p.m. CT. The active roster now stands at 11 players.
Mitchell averaged 19.6 points and 3.5 rebounds in 23 games (10 starts) with Sioux Falls last season. He was selected by the Skyforce in the third round (35th overall) of the 2011 NBA Development League Draft. The 6-4, 220-pound guard averaged 8.3 points and 1.8 rebounds in two seasons (65 games) at West Virginia University.
