The Mississippi Braves roster for the 2006 season is set. Mississippi starts the season with 12 pitchers, three catchers, five infielders, and four outfielders. 12 players that spent part of the 2005 slate in Mississippi return for the '06 campaign.

Pitchers (12): Manny Acosta, Brad Baker, Ryan Basner, Paul Bush, David Coggin, Daniel Curtis, Bryan Digby, Brady Endl, Phillip Stockman, Glenn Tucker, Chris Waters, Sean White

Catchers (3): Dax Norris, Jarrod Saltalamacchia, Ray Serrano

Infielders (5): Josh Arteaga, Yunel Escobar, Luis Hernandez, Martin Prado, Michael Rosamond

Outfielders (4): Gregor Blanco, Matt Esquivel, Onil Joseph, Carl Loadenthal
