San Antonio Missions News Release
San Antonio - One night after being no-hit, the San Antonio offense came alive with 15 hits in their 11-5 win over the Frisco RoughRiders Saturday night at Wolff Stadium. It is the sixth time that the Missions have score ten runs or more. San Antonio now improves to (21-14) in the second-half and (70 -35) overall.
The Missions scored four runs in the second inning, five in the third inning and two in the seventh inning.
San Antonio starter Rob Musgrave (7-2) earned his seventh win of the season pitching six innings holding the RoughRiders to three runs and three hits.
Game three of the series is tomorrow night at 6:05 p.m. at Wolff Stadium. The first 500 kids 12 & under will receive Missions Pennants presented by Kellogg's.
