"The Twin Cities community has always done an exceptional job supporting our organization, and these grants are a great way to assist local organizations in fulfilling their missions."
During the 2013 WNBA season, the Minnesota Lynx will give out $28,000 spread between eight separate grants to organizations which focus on a specific area of charity. Four of the eight grants, totaling $20,000, will be given from the Minnesota Lynx Foundation to fund breast cancer research and support programs throughout the state of Minnesota.
