MINNEAPOLIS/ST. PAUL - The Minnesota Lynx own the Nos. 2, 3 and 26 overall picks in the 2010 WNBA Draft, which will be held tomorrow, Thursday, April 8 at the NBA Entertainment studios in Secaucus, N.J. ESPN2 and ESPN360 will provide live coverage and analysis of the first round of the draft beginning at 2 p.m. CT while ESPNU and NBA TV will broadcast the second and third rounds.

LYNX FIRST ROUND NOTES

- Minnesota has selected in the first round of the WNBA Draft 15 times in its 11-year history.

- The Lynx are the first team in WNBA history to own multiple top-3 picks in a WNBA Draft.

- The Lynx will draft second overall for the first time in franchise history.

- This is the second year that the Lynx have held the No. 3 draft position (2008 WNBA Draft - Candice Wiggins).

- Minnesota owns two picks in first round of the 2010 WNBA Draft, marking the fifth time in franchise history that it has owned two-or-more selections in the first round (2000, 2004, 2006, 2009).

- Of Minnesota's 15 first-round selections, Betty Lennox (2000) and Seimone Augustus (2006) have gone on to become WNBA All-Stars.

- Minnesota has drafted in the third round 11 times in its 11-year history.

- The Lynx have never held the 26th overall selection.

- Minnesota drafted 2009 All-Star forward Charde Houston in the third round (30th overall) of the 2008 WNBA Draft. Houston went on to appear in 33 of Minnesota's 34 regular-season games in 2008, averaging 8.8 ppg - the highest by a third round or later pick in their rookie year in WNBA history. In 2009, the six-foot forward increased her scoring average to 13.1 ppg en route to her first All-Star Game appearance.

- Four of Minnesota's 11 third round selections have gone on to play a regular-season game for the Lynx (2008, Houston; 2006, Duffy; 2004, Jacobs; Lloyd Curry, 1999).
