MARION Ill. - The Southern Illinois Miners needed a walk-off single by Jereme Milons in the 10th inning to defeat Lake Erie, 4-3, putting them in a three-way tie for first place.

Andrew Sweet led off the 10th inning with a walk. The newly acquired Brad Netzel was called on to pitch run for Sweet. Steven Holdren followed with a single to put runners on first and second.
