Statement from MetroStars President and General Manager Nick Sakiewicz regarding todays stadium meeting:
There was a meeting today between members of the New Jersey Sports Authority and the MetroStars/AEG regarding the stadium project in Harrison. During the meeting significant deal points were discussed in great lengths. The discussions were productive, and I am pleased with the progress that was made. As developments unfold over the next few days, Im hopeful that I will be able to provide our fans and the media with more details on the stadium situation.
