
Members of San Jose Earthquakes and San Jose Sharks to Compete in Curling Match on Thursday at Shark

San Jose Earthquakes News Release
SAN JOSE, Calif. - Members of the San Jose Earthquakes and San Jose Sharks will attempt to capture the spirit of the Winter Olympic Games by squaring off in a curling match tomorrow, Feb. 20 at Sharks Ice in San Jose at approximately 1:30 p.m. PT.
The match will take place on Sharks Ice's Center Rink and is open to the public and media.
Curling has become one of the Winter Olympics most popular sports and Sharks Ice is home to the San Francisco Bay Area Curling Club (SFBACC), which curls out of all three Sharks Ice Locations. SFBACC, which currently boasts approximately 150 members, runs leagues, classes, learn-to-curl clinics, and instructs all our corporate events year round.
