
Meet the TinCaps & Tour Parkview Field Leading up to Opening Day

FORT WAYNE, Ind. - With the 2015 season just around the corner, the TinCaps are inviting fans to Parkview Field for free, BIG FUN events before Opening Day.
Fans will have their first chance to see this year's team on Wednesday, April 8 for Meet the Team Night starting at 5:00 p.m. The TinCaps welcome fans to watch the squad practice on the field. Afterward, players will sign autographs and pose for pictures with fans on the concourse. (The team's roster will be announced by the San Diego Padres over the weekend.)
Then on Saturday, April 11, Parkview Field will host its annual Open House from 11:00 a.m-1:00 p.m. Fans can get a behind-the-scenes look at Minor League Baseball's top-rated ballpark by taking a guided tour that will show off everything from the clubhouse and dugout to luxury suites.
Additionally at the Open House, kids can play for free in the Shindigz FUN ZONE.
The Orchard Team Store also will be open with discounted prices.
Fans should come hungry, too, as Parkview Field's entire food and beverage menu will be available at 50 percent off.
Finally, the Ticket Office at Parkview Field will be open throughout the Open House. Limited tickets to Opening Day are still available.
The TinCaps begin their 2015 home schedule on Sunday, April 12 at 4:05 p.m. against the Lansing Lugnuts (Toronto Blue Jays). Per Parkview Field's Sunday tradition, players will sign autographs and take pictures with fans after the game.
