
McKee Returns to Mallards, Brown Granted Leave

MOLINE, Ill. (February 14, 2012) - Goaltender David McKee has returned to the Quad City Mallards from the American Hockey League's Peoria Rivermen, while Mallards netminder David Brown has been granted leave by the Central Hockey League, the Mallards announced today.
McKee, 28, rejoins the Mallards after being recalled to Peoria for the second time this season last Thursday. McKee, who did not see any game action with the Rivermen, has gone 9-11-1 with a 3.18 goals against average and a .895 save percentage in 21 games with the Mallards this season.
Brown, 27, takes leave having gone 11-7-0 and posted a 2.77 goals against average and a .908 save percentage in 19 games since rejoining the Mallards in December. Brown is expected to miss the Mallards' games tonight at home against the Rapid City Rush and Friday night against the Thunder in Wichita and is expected to return to the team in time for the Mallards' Saturday night home date with the Arizona Sundogs.
The Mallards and Rush face off at 7:05 p.m. tonight. Fans can purchase $2 soft drinks and $2 beers at i wireless Center concession stands during all Tuesday night home games this season.

Single game tickets are also available at the i wireless Center box office, at Ticketmaster outlets, through www.ticketmaster.com or through Ticketmaster charge-by-phone toll free. The box office is open weekdays from 10:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., on Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and on game days from 10:00 a.m. until the start of the second period. Individual game tickets are available for $12 in the upper level and $17 in the lower level and $25 for the first row along the glass for adults. Tickets for kids 12 and under are available for $5 off adult rates. In addition, tickets are available to military personnel for $2 off the regular adult rate.
