
Mavericks Unveil Mobile Application

INDEPENDENCE, Missouri- The Missouri Mavericks announced Tuesday the Central Hockey League (CHL) team has released a mobile application available to all users on the Android Market and the app will be available through iTunes in the coming weeks. The app is free to download and will allow fans to stay connected to the Mavericks throughout the season.
The app includes the Mavericks schedule (home/away games and events) with the ability to purchase tickets, news and Twitter updates, merchandise, team bios, videos, photos, stats, and more. Every game will be streamed live from the mobile app allowing fans to listen to every broadcast. The Mavericks will also provide exclusive content on the app including videos, special offers and news.
"This is another exciting announcement for the Mavericks," said President and General Manager Brent Thiessen. "We believe this application gives us the ability to connect with our fans anywhere, and our fans have the ability to stay connected to us."
The Mavericks teamed up with Onseeker Technologies to build the application. Onseeker Technologies provides solutions for marketing challenges that are generally faced by entertainment type of businesses. Onseeker specializes in entertainment marketing and promotion, including website development, and mobile application development solutions. Onseeker's full service approach also includes ongoing product development and updates, enhanced monetization models, search engine marketing, business development and more.

The Missouri Mavericks will begin their third season in the Central Hockey League in October.
