Matrix splits weekend games

Montreal, Canada. The ABA Montreal Matrix went on the road with its 3-3 record this week - first to Boston and then to Buffalo, New York - and came back with the same .500 record - winning at Boston, losing at Buffalo to even its record to 4-4.

The Matrix led from start to finish in the 126-97 Boston Frenzy game with Bobby Miller leading the team with 26 points followed by Quilinious Randall with 21 and Manix Auriantal with 20. And then, it was a "shuffle off to Buffalo where the tired team lost 104-94. Shawn Brown led the team with 24 points, Bobby Miller had 23.
