
Mascots invade the Garage

Fraser, MI â Sparky, the fun loving mascot of the Motor City Mechanics, has invited all of his mascot pals out for a game of broomball! On Wednesday, March 30th, the Mechanics host the Flint Generals at 7:30pm.
During the first intermission of Wednesday's game, Sparky will captain one team of mascots, while General Rally from the Flint Generals will captain the opposing team for a spirited game of broomball on the ice. Attending the game include mascots from Toys-R-US, Rainforest Café, Buffalo Wild Wings, Chili's, Detroit Demolition, Mongolian BBQ, Jets Pizza, Mr. Pita, Big Boy, Mac Daily of the Macomb Daily, KFC, D.A.R.E, the Cleveland Cavaliers and Oakland University.
"The mascots playing on General Rally's team don't have a chance. My team is funnier, smarter and we're gonna be in MY house! The Garage will roar once we sweep the floor with General Sally, I mean Rally!" Sparky said.
The Mechanics host the Generals at 7:30pm. This is the final meeting between the Mechanics and the Generals for the 2004-05 regular season. The Mechanics hold a 5-3-0 advantage in the series.
The Mechanics are home March 30th, April 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 6th. Tickets still remain for all upcoming home games!
