
Martin Recalled from Solar Bears to Marlies

ORLANDO, Fla. - The Orlando Solar Bears, proud affiliate of the NHL's Toronto Maple Leafs and AHL's Toronto Marlies, have announced that defenseman James Martin has been recalled by the Marlies.
Martin, 24, has appeared in seven games with Orlando this season, logging two points (1g-1a) and eight penalty minutes. In 14 games with the Solar Bears' AHL affiliate, the blueliner has added three assists and 13 penalty minutes.
The Solar Bears continue their fourth season in the ECHL, presented by Auto Justice Attorney Michael T. Gibson, P.A., when they host the Adirondack Thunder for the first time at the Amway Center on Thursday, Mar. 17 at 7:00 p.m.
