Allen, Texas - The Allen Americans won three straight games last week, including a 4-2 victory over the top team in the ECHL, the Missouri Mavericks, on Wednesday night. Allen closed out the weekend with back to back wins over the Wichita Thunder and swept the season series 13-0-0

Wednesday, March 9th vs. Missouri - 4-2 Win

Allen, Texas- Spencer Asuchak scored the game winner for Allen, his second of the season, as the Americans defeated the Missouri Mavericks by a score of 4-2 on Wednesday night at Allen Event Center. Riley Gill stopped 26 of 28 Missouri shots.

Saturday, March 12th vs. Wichita Thunder - 6-3 Win

Allen, Texas - Dyson Stevenson scored three goals and added an assist, picking up his first career hat trick, as the Allen Americans defeated the Wichita Thunder 6-3 on Saturday night in Allen. Riley Gill stopped 37 of 40 shots to earn the win.

Sunday, March 12th vs. Wichita Thunder - 3-2 Win

Allen, Texas - Rookie goalie James Murray stopped 40 of 42 Wichita shots to earn his first career victory and help the Americans complete the weekend sweep of Wichita, with a 3-2 victory on Sunday afternoon. Rookie forward Reid Halabi scored his first career goal, while rookie Nicholas Miglio picked up his first career assist and point.
