
Marlies Announce Dates For Western Conference Finals

A proud member of the American Hockey League, the North Division Champion Toronto Marlies announced they will open their Western Conference Finals of the 2008 Calder Cup Playoffs in Chicago on Friday, May 16 at 8:30 p.m. against the Chicago Wolves at the Allstate Arena.
The following are the confirmed dates, along with locations, and times for the third-round, best-of-seven series between the Marlies and Wolves (all times eastern):
Game 1 - Friday, May 16: Toronto Marlies at Chicago Wolves 8:30 p.m. (Allstate Arena)
Game 2 - Sunday, May 18: Toronto Marlies at Chicago Wolves 4:00 p.m. (Allstate Arena)
Game 3 - Tuesday, May 20: Chicago Wolves at Toronto Marlies 7:30 p.m. (Ricoh Coliseum)
Game 4 - Wednesday, May 21: Chicago Wolves at Toronto Marlies 7:30 p.m. (Ricoh Coliseum)
*Game 5 - Friday, May 23: Toronto Marlies at Chicago Wolves 8:30 p.m. (Allstate Arena)
*Game 6 - Sunday, May 25: Chicago Wolves at Toronto Marlies 4:00 p.m. (Ricoh Coliseum)

The Marlies defeated the Syracuse Crunch 3-2 in Game 7 on Monday night to win their North Division Finals series, clinching their berth into the Western Conference Finals.
