Mark Lootens to Step Down

Lethbridge, AB - The Lethbridge Hurricanes announced today that Mark Lootens will be stepping down as Account Manager/Game Night Coordinator.

Business Manager Terry Huisman said "we are sorry to lose Mark's skills and integrity. Mark has accepted a position with Simon Fraser University Athletics as their new Sponsorship Coordinator."

Mark has spent the last year with the Lethbridge Hurricanes renewing season tickets, sponsorship contracts and showed commitment to the Game Night Coordinators position. Mark joined the organization after finishing up his Masters of Arts in Sports and Athletic Administration at Gonzaga University in Spokane, WA. While in Spokane, Mark also interned with the WHL's Spokane Chiefs working as a Public Relations Assistant and Game Day Social Media Coordinator as well as working in their Ticketing Department.

Mark's last day will be March 31st and a search for his replacement will start immediately.
