Marcou Gets the Call to AHL

Greenville, SC: Today the Road Warriors announced defenseman Mike Marcou has been loaned to the San Antonio Rampage, the AHL Affiliate of the Florida Panthers.

Marcou, 23, was the Road Warriors representative and starter in the 2013 ECHL All-Star Game. The first-year defenseman scored six goals and collected 16 assists in 47 games played this year. The UMass-Amherst product is coming off a personal best four-game point streak from January 18th-26th where he scored two goals and tallied three assists. Marcou hails from Kings Park, New York.
