
Marauders Play Seven Straight Home Games

Bradenton, Fla. - The Bradenton Marauders play seven straight home games beginning on Saturday, May 10, and continuing with games each day from May 12-17. The Marauders will play the Charlotte Stone Crabs (Tampa Bay Rays) on May 10, the Lakeland Flying Tigers (Detroit Tigers) from May 12-15, and the Dunedin Blue Jays (Toronto Blue Jays) on May 15 and 16. All seven games begin at 6:30 p.m. with gates opening at 5:30 p.m.
The fun begins before the game on May 10. The Kiwanis Corn Hole Classic starts at 4:00 p.m. and runs until 8:00 p.m. Registration costs $50 for a two person team and includes admission to the game. First place in the tournament is worth $500. The first 1,000 fans at the game will receive a Josh Bell Cowbell.
Every Saturday is a Silverauders Club Saturday. The Silverauders Club for fans 60 and older is presented by Humana. For just $30, Silverauders Club members receive a ticket to every Saturday game, a food voucher for each Saturday game, a Silverauders T-Shirt, and the chance to take a postgame senior stroll around the bases. Each Saturday game will also feature Baseball Bingo presented by Jersey Mike's Subs and PLS Print.
Monday, May 12 is Cheney Brother Buyout Night presented in partnership with 107.9 WSRZ. Free ticket vouchers are available at locations throughout the community and can also be printed from www.BradentonMarauders.com . Ticket vouchers can be redeemed for free Left Field Bleacher and Grandstand seats. The voucher can be upgraded to Infield Box or Infield Reserve seats for $2 per seat while supplies last.
Tuesday, May 13 is 1/2 Way to Halloween and the second Bark in the Park of 2014. Free trick or treating will be available in the concourse for fans. Fans are encouraged to dress up and bring their dogs in costume as well. Bark Badges cost $2 per dog, with proceeds donated to the Humane Society of Manatee County. Bark in the Park is presented in partnership with ABC 7.
The First Mates Kids Club takes over the ballpark every Tuesday. Kids 12 and under can join the club for $15 to receive a game ticket and meal voucher at 11 Tuesday home games, along with special experiences reserved for club members only during the season. Club members also receive a free ticket to the game on Sunday, June 22 with an invitation to a postgame ice cream social with the Marauders. After Tuesday games there will be a Kids Fun Run presented by Mosaic for all kids 12 and younger to circle the bases.
The series against Lakeland continues on Wednesday, May 8. On Thursday, May 9, the Marauders will hold a Golf Night Giveaway. Fans can win foursomes to great local courses and bid on fantastic silent auction items, including clubs from Calloway, Cleveland, Odyssey, and Taylor Made. Silent auction proceeds will benefit the Center for Building Hope. The foursome raffle is free to enter. Courses with foursomes available to win include:

Golf Giveaway Night is also a Thirsty Thursday presented by Budweiser and Ticket Sarasota, your ticket to Thirsty Thursdays. Sodas and select draft beers will cost just $1. The Marauders offer Thirsty Thursday Club memberships for only $60 to receive a ticket to the remaining 11 Thursday home games, a club t-shirt, and the opportunity to earn great rewards all season. Each club member will also receive their first 12 ounce drink for free at each Thirsty Thursday game. Marauders season ticket holders can join the Thirsty Thursday Club for just $10.
Friday, May 16 is the first of two Faith & Family Nights this season. This Faith & Family Night is presented by First Baptist Church of Bradenton. There will be pre-game music provided by First Baptist Church of Bradenton and faith-based testimonials after the game. The first 500 fans will receive a free Faith & Family Night t-shirt sponsored by Pepsi as part of the Free Shirt Friday Series.
Every Friday home game is also a Happy Hour Friday presented by Pier 22 Restaurant. Between 5:30 and 6:30, 500 free hot dogs will be given away and there will be great drink specials from Kayem and Cheney Brothers.
Saturday, May 17 is Indian Heritage Night, featuring a Rinku Singh bobble head giveaway to the first 1,000 fans. Singh's journey from Indian game show contestant to professional pitcher will be depicted in the upcoming feature film "Million Dollar Arm."

When purchased in advance, tickets for the regular season Marauders games cost $8 per seat for adult tickets in infield box, infield reserve, baseline box, and grandstand seats. Left field bleacher
seats cost $6 per adult ticket. Tickets for children 12 and younger cost $7 in infield box, infield reserve, baseline box, and grandstand sections, and $5 per ticket in the left field bleachers. There is no change in day-of-game pricing for children's tickets. The Marauders will offer a $1 military discount to anyone presenting a valid military ID at the McKechnie Field box office when purchasing tickets.
The McKechnie Field ticket office is open on non-gamedays Tuesday-Friday from 11:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. On gamedays the ticket office is open from noon until the conclusion of the game.
