Maple Leafs Acquire Perrot

The St. John's Maple Leafs announced today that the Toronto Maple Leafs have acquired left winger Nathan Perrott from the Nashville Predators in exchange for center, Bob Wren.

The 6'2, 200lb, Perrott had 3PTS (G,2A) and 106 penalty minutes with the Milwaukee Admirals. He also appeared in one game with the Predators this season. This is his 6th season of professional hockey that includes 135 games in the AHL with the Norfolk Admirals and Milwaukee Admirals. His AHL totals include 44 points (17G,27A) and 475 penalty minutes.

Wren had 19 points (8G,11A) in 27 games for St. John's and had 92 points (32G,60A) in 96 career games with St. John's.

The Maple Leafs next action is tonight when the team finishes its current roadtrip against the Binghamton Senators.
