
Mallette re-assigned to Grrrowl

GREENVILLE, SC â The Greenville Grrrowl of the ECHL, proud affiliates of the Chicago Blackhawks and Edmonton Oilers have announced that CARL MALLETTE has been re-assigned to Greenville from the Cincinnati Mighty Ducks of the AHL. He played in three games, recording four penalty minutes and no points.
Mallette (6-1, 195lbs., forward, Victoriaville, QC) leads the ECHL in scoring (31 points) and goals (15) in 25 games with the Grrrowl. Greenville played only one game without Mallette, a 5-2 win over the Gwinnett Gladiators at the BI-LO Center this past weekend. Carl is expected to be in the Grrrowl line-up when they visit the Pee Dee Pride on December 28th.
The Grrrowl (12-11-3 = 27 points) will play again after the Christmas holidays in Florence against the Pee Dee Pride on 12/26, and return home on 12/28 to face the Augusta Lynx.
