
Mallards Return To Acton Tomorrow Night

MOLINE, Ill. (November 27, 2009) - 12-ounce drafts will be available for just $2 and the first 1,000 fans ages 12-and-under through the doors will receive Chris Lipsett Kids' Bobbleheads presented by Jumer's Casino as the Quad City Mallards, proud International Hockey League (IHL) affiliate of the Philadelphia Flyers, return to action tomorrow night at the i wireless Center at 7:05 p.m. against the Bloomington PrairieThunder.
$2 12-ounce drafts will be available at concession stands throughout the i wireless Center as the Mallards return to the ice for their first post-Thanksgiving contest. This is the first in a series of Mallards home games during which 12-ounce drafts will be available for $2.
Lipsett, the Mallards' veteran winger, is heating up just as bobblehead night arrives. Lipsett has produced a goal and an assist in each of his last two games. In 758 career games over the 14 seasons the 35-year old Ottawa native has scored 307 career goals, picked up 317 assists and totaled 624 points.
Tickets for tomorrow night's game and all remaining regular season Mallards home games are available at the i wireless Center box office, Ticketmaster outlets and www.ticketmaster.com or through Ticketmaster charge-by-phone toll free at 1-800-745-3000. The box office is open Monday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., on Saturdays from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and on game days from 10:00 a.m. through the end of the second period.
