
Mallards Playoff Action Returns to iWireless Center Wednesday, Friday

MOLINE, Ill. - Quad City Mallards ECHL playoff action returns to the iWireless Center Wednesday night at the special early start time of 6:35 p.m. and again on Friday evening when a pregame beer garden featuring live music from Brandon Gibbs and Friends will set the stage for the Mallards' 7:05 p.m. match-up with the Missouri Mavericks and the return of $1 Dog/$1 Beer Night presented by 97X.
The Mallards return home for game three Wednesday night after dropping the first two tightly-contested games of their best-of-seven Western Conference quarterfinal series against the Mavericks over the weekend in Missouri. A Mallard win Wednesday evening or in Friday night's fourth game would necessitate a fifth game Saturday night at 7:05 p.m. at the iWireless Center.
Brandon Gibbs and Friends will hit the stage to kick off Friday night's festivities at 5:30 p.m. in front of the iWireless Center. In addition to beer, soda, water, snacks and more will also be available for purchase at the beer garden. For the first time during the postseason, $1 hot dogs and beers will be available a iWireless Center concession stands during Friday night's game courtesy of 97X.
Gibbs is renowned for serving as front man for the Special Guests (since 2015) featuring Bobby Dall, Rikki Rockett and C.C. DeVille of multi-platinum band Poison and also for fronting Devil City Angels (since 2014), a group which includes Rockett, Tracii Guns (L.A. Guns) and Rudy Sarzo (Ozzy Osborne, Quiet Riot).
Tickets for the Mallards' games Wednesday, Friday and- if necessary- Saturday are on sale now at the iWireless Center box office, Ticketmaster outlets, ticketmaster.com and Ticketmaster charge-by-phone toll free at 1-800-745-3000The box office is open weekdays from 10:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and on game days from 10:00 a.m. through the end of the second period. Tickets are available for $10, $16, $20 and $24.
