Mallards Close Regular Season Sunday with Fan Appreciation Day

MOLINE, Ill. (March 25, 2014) - The Quad City Mallards will close out their regular season Sunday at the iWireless Center with Fan Appreciation Day featuring prize giveaways, a postgame skate with the team, free popcorn and a game worn jersey auction. Sunday's finale between the Mallards and Missouri Mavericks will face off at 4:05 p.m.

After Sunday's contest fans who bring their skates to that tilt can join the Mallards on the ice and skate with all of their favorite players. During the postgame skate, the Mallards will conduct a game worn jersey auction from the ice. Auction winners will receive their jerseys after the Central Hockey League playoffs.

During Sunday's game randomly selected fans will win an array of prizes, including tablet devices and copies of NHL '14 courtesy of Video Games Etc., hockey sticks autographed by the Mallards, tickets to May's Monster Jam monster truck event at the iWireless Center, a $100 Visa gift card courtesy of APAC Customer Services, restaurant gift certificates and much more.

All fans in attendance Sunday will also receive a coupon good for a free bag of popcorn at iWireless Center concession stands.

Tickets for Sunday's game can be purchased in person at the iWireless Center box office, online at ticketmaster.com, at Ticketmaster outlets or through Ticketmaster charge-by-phone toll free at 1-800-745-3000 . The ticket office is open weekdays from 10:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., on Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and on game days from 10:00 a.m. until the start of the second period.
