Majors and Tim Hortons Team Up for Community Hockey Day

Mississauga, ON - The Mississauga St. Michael's Majors will be busy in the community this Saturday. They will be participating in two exciting events within Mississauga.

The day is headlined by the Majors/Tim Hortons Community Hockey Day event, which will be taking place at the Burnhamthorpe Community Centre's outdoor rink. All of the Majors players will be involved in this free event. There will be free public skating for the community, a skills competition with Majors players, a 3-on-3 game operated by the team, and a skate with Majors players. Also, Tim Hortons will be providing prizes and free coffee. This will all unfold between 11 a.m. and 5 p.m.

As an added bonus, Majors players Dylan O'Neil and Matt Russo will be heading over to the Mississauga Civic Centre for the city's WinterWorld event that evening. The Ontario Tourism snow globe will be on site, a DJ will be playing music and free public skating will be provided. Dylan and Matt will be skating and signing autographs from 6-7 p.m.
