Birmingham Magicians News Release
Birmingham, AL. The ABA Birmingham Magicians professional basketball team today announced that the team has rescheduled its final open free agent tryout camp originally set for last Saturday to this Saturday, October 15th at the A.H. Parker High School in Birmingham. Recently hired head coach, Jim Farmer, said he wants to get a look at some of the guys who came to previous camps and a lot of new guys whom he has not yet seen. "We're trying to get a good look at the talent that's available before we start our veterans' camp later this month," Farmer said. "We don't want to invite guys to our veterans' camp without taking a good look first."
The Birmingham camp will take place at the A.H. Parker High School located at 900 4th St. N., Birmingham, AL. The camp will start at 1130am. Registration fee is $75 for each participant. Registration forms can be obtained on the team's website, www.bham-magicians.com or www.birminghammagic.net or by calling 205 320 2534 or by logging onto www.abalive.com.
