Daredevils sign Jamil Terrell
October 12, 2005 - American Basketball Association (ABA)
Niagara Daredevils News Release
St.Catharines, Ontario - October 12, 2005 Jamil Terrell is a 6'6" forward whose 9.6 rpg ranked him 21st amongst all NCAA Division II players last season. Terrell is a versatile player, which is displayed at West Texas A&M University where he accumulated multiple double-doubles. Not only was Terrell a strong rebounder, he also managed to lead the team in scoring on numerous occasions.
Despite only playing one season with WTAMU, Terrell's skills are reinforced by his previous season at St. Bonaventure where he lead his team in blocked shots, was third in rebounds and fourth in scoring. The DareDevils are sure to benefit from his presence on the court and are awaiting his arrival later this week.
Note: OurSports Central no longer actively covers the American Basketball Association (ABA) as a professional league due in part to its inability to publish and play a schedule and the transitory nature of many of its teams.
