Magic Fall to Go-Go at Home

The Lakeland Magic fell to the Capital City Go-Go at the RP Funding Center, 109-85 on Monday night.

Devon Dotson led the Go-Go with a game-high 21 points and 10 rebounds, while Jay Huff tallied 16 points and 11 rebounds. Craig Sword also added 16 points and seven rebounds. Caleb Houstan led the Magic collecting 17 points. Zavier Simpson netted 12 points and eight assists, while Drake Jeffries added 11 points off the bench.

The Go-Go took off in the third quarter outscoring the Magic 28-12. Jay Huff had eight points and three blocks helping Capital City on both ends of the floor. Capital City shot 52.6 percent from the field while Lakeland shot 19.0 percent.

The next game for Lakeland (14-13), NBA G League affiliate of the Orlando Magic, will be on Thursday, March 16 vs. the 905 Raptors in Mississauga at 12:00 PM on NBAGLeague.com.
