SALT LAKE CITY - The Salt Lake City Stars, the official NBA G League affiliate of the Utah Jazz, will host the Stockton Kings (Sacramento Kings affiliate) tonight at the Maverik Center in West Valley City as they celebrate Hispanic Heritage Night. The game will tip-off at 7 p.m. MT.

For the first time, the Stars will host a Hispanic Heritage night in collaboration with the Mis Raices Foundation. The West Valley based foundation works to grant scholarships to students who do not have the financial means to improve their instrument or musical abilities. This allows children, like those at Esperanza Elementary, to be able to participate in their school's band.

The night will feature musical performances from Esperanza Elementary's marching band, along with family-friendly activities such as face-painting, bounce-houses, and player autographs.

Stars players will wear custom "Estrellas" uniforms that feature cultural inspiration from the night's theme.

Tonight's matchup, presented by Divvy, will tip at 7 p.m. MT and will be broadcast on NBAGLeague.com.

Stars guard Frank Jackson has averaged 33.6 points over the last three games, including a 45-point performance against the Texas Legends on Monday in Frisco. His 23.9 points per game leads the Stars and ranks third in the NBA G League.

The Stars are coming off a thrilling three-game road trip after securing a 3-0 sweep against the Oklahoma City Blue on Friday night.

Tickets for the Stars showdown against the Kings are still available at slcstars.com.
