FORT WAYNE, IN - The Fort Wayne Mad Ants presented by the Lutheran Health Network have officially clinched a berth into the 2014 NBA Development League playoffs. With three regular season games remaining to be played, the Mad Ants currently sport the D-League's best record at 31 wins and 16 losses, which is good for a new franchise win record. Over the weekend the Mad Ants also clinched the rights to the Eastern Division Title for the first time in franchise history.
The Mad Ants opponent, as well as game dates and times, for the first round of the playoffs will be determined following the conclusion of the D-League regular season which will wrap up on Saturday, April 5th.
Tickets for the Mad Ants first round playoff home game will go on sale today, Monday, March 31st, at 1:00pm EST and will be available at the Memorial Coliseum ticket office. Season ticket holders can call the Mad Ants office at 260-469-HOOP to reserve their playoff tickets. As a playoff special, the Mad Ants and the Coliseum will be offering dollar beers and dollar sodas to all fans who attend the Mad Ants first playoff home game!
