M-Braves Announce Series of Craft Beer Tastings

PEARL, MS - The Mississippi Braves will host a series of four complimentary craft beer tastings at Trustmark Park throughout the remainder of the 2018 season. The first tasting will take place in the Beer Garden located between the Nacho Mama concession stand and the Wheel Haus concession stand on the concourse at Trustmark Park on Tuesday, June 26.

Tuesday's tasting will feature four select craft beers from Lazy Magnolia Brewing Company, the oldest brewing company in the state of Mississippi. The four featured beers will include: Southern Hops'pitality IPA, Southern Pecan Nut Brown Ale, Timber Beast Rye IIPA, and KMG Gold Ale. Many other craft beer brands will also be available for sampling in addition to the Lazy Magnolia collection.

Dates and craft beers featured for the three remaining tastings are listed below:

Tuesday, July 24: Abita Brewing Company

Tuesday, July 31: Angry Orchard Hard Cider and Truly Spiked & Sparkling

Tuesday, August 14: New Belgium Brewing Company

Fans will be given four tasting tokens (one sample = one tasting token) with the purchase of their game ticket. Tasting tokens may be redeemed for craft beer samples available in Beer Garden on the night of each respective beer tasting. All craft beers being sampled will also be available for purchase at the Wheel Haus concession stand during the game. Each tasting will begin at the start of each game and will end when the last call for alcohol is announced or when product runs out, whichever occurs first!
