Blue Wahoos Stadium Will Open for Sertoma Fireworks

PENSACOLA, Fla. - The Blue Wahoos will be on the road, but Blue Wahoos Stadium will be open to the community for families who wish to come watch the Sertoma Club's annual 4th of July fireworks show over Pensacola Bay. For the seventh straight year, the park will be open for family fun with free access to the park for everyone.

The stadium will open at 7:00 p.m. with the fireworks scheduled to launch at 9:05 p.m. The Blue Wahoos along with Peter Mougey of Levin Papantonio will launch a prelude fireworks show just to the west of the stadium prior to the Sertoma club's show. Inflatables will be fully operational for use as will the Cox Clubhouse behind home plate. The outfield will also be open for families and kids to play catch on the field. Concession stands will be open with a full selection of Blue Wahoos concessions. Outside food and drinks will not be permitted. Blankets are welcome and allowed for use in the outfield. The Pensacola Symphony performance taking place in the Community Maritime Park Amphitheater will be shown on the video board leading up to the fireworks.

Special guaranteed seating and buffets are available for purchase in various areas of the stadium. An All-American buffet is available for just $30 per person which includes party deck access, guaranteed table seating and a private cash bar. A premier prime rib buffet on the Hancock Whitney Club is just $55 per person. This includes a private cash bar and shaded table seating.
