
Lynx Sign Guard Linnae Harper to Training Camp Contract

MINNEAPOLIS/ST. PAUL - Minnesota Lynx Head Coach and General Manager Cheryl Reeve today announced the team has signed guard Linnae Harper to a training camp contract. Per team policy, terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Harper, who played for the Chicago Sky in 2018 during her rookie campaign, averaged 2.0 points on 40.4% shooting, 0.8 rebounds and 1.0 assists in 24 games. The 5-8 guard currently plays overseas in Italy for Lucca where she holds averages of 13.7 points, 4.6 rebounds and 4.1 assists in 11 games played.
Prior to her time in the WNBA, Harper played in the 2016 FIBA World Championship in China where she helped the USA team secure a bronze medal. The Chicago, IL native also played in two seasons for the Ohio State Buckeyes and two seasons for the Kentucky Wildcats in her NCAA career.
