December 17, 2007 - Women's National Basketball Association (WNBA)
Minnesota Lynx News Release
Noelle Quinn and Lindsey Harding will welcome Rachael Ray to Minneapolis by presenting her with a special gift from the Minnesota Lynx, and after donning an apron, hope to learn a few cooking tips from the host of Food Network's "30-minute Meals."
Ray will be at Borders to sign copies of her new book, "Rachael Ray: Just in Time," which offers recipes you can make no matter how much time you want to spend in the kitchen.
The Minnesota Lynx are now running their Holiday Hoopla Ticket Drive, where 10 percent of all season tickets purchased by Dec. 31 will be used to purchase toys that will be donated to Toys for Tots. Join the Lynx for their 10th Anniversary season in 2008 and help Toys for Tots brighten up the holidays for needy children by calling 612-673-8400, e-mailing tickets@lynxbasketball.com or visiting the Lynx website at www.lynxbasketball.com.
