LANSING, Mich. - D.J. Davis scorched a walk-off home run in the tenth inning as the Lansing Lugnuts (14-15, 46-52) defeated the Clinton LumberKings (11-18, 41-56), 4-3, on Sunday afternoon at Cooley Law School Stadium.
The seventh walk-off win of the season ended a three-game losing streak for the Lugnuts.
After his teammates rallied to tie the game in the bottom of the ninth, Davis came to the plate with two outs and clubbed his solo home run off of the batter's eye in center field against Clinton reliever Aaron Brooks (Loss, 5-3).
It was the seventh home run of the season for Davis and his second walk-off hit of the year. The 19-year-old hit a game-winning single to defeat the Lake County Captains, 6-5, on April 23.

Lansing reliever Scott Silverstein (Win, 9-3) entered in the eighth to work three scoreless innings, allowing two hits with three strikeouts.
The LumberKings took a 2-1 lead in the sixth inning with an RBI single by Chantz Mack and added another run later in the inning when Justin Seager grounded into a double play, scoring Jack Reinheimer from third.
The Lugnuts cut the deficit to one on an RBI double by designated hitter Matt Dean in the sixth inning.
Thon scored a pair of runs, going 3-for-4 on the afternoon.
Lansing starting pitcher Jeremy Gabryszwski pitched seven innings, allowing three runs on six hits and a walk with five strikeouts.
