
Lugnuts Cook and Pentecost Activated, Promoted

LANSING, Mich. - In conjunction with the Toronto Blue Jays, Lansing Lugnuts pitcher Ryan Cook and designed hitter Max Pentecost have been reinstated from the 7-day Disabled List and promoted to A-Advanced Dunedin.
Cook, 23, was 1-6 with a 5.30 ERA in 26 games, including seven starts, in his first season in the Midwest League.
Pentecost, 23, batted .314 in 62 games in his Lugnuts debut, recording 15 doubles, three triples, seven home runs and 34 RBIs. He finished his Lansing tenure reaching base in his last 28 consecutive home games.
The Lugnuts' roster is attached, consisting of 25 active players with four players on the Disabled List and one player on the Temporarily Inactive List.
