Albany Devils News Release

LOWELL, Mass. - The Lowell Devils, American Hockey League affiliate of the New Jersey Devils, proudly announced today that they raised $3,500 for breast cancer research through the sale of commemorative pink souvenir pucks. In addition, proceeds from every individual and group ticket sold for the October 27th home game will be donated to the Susan G. Komen for the Cure Foundation.

During the October 27th game, many of the Devils' wives and girlfriends volunteered to help sell the special pink pucks, and fan support was overwhelming. The funds have been given to representatives from the Massachusetts chapter of the Susan G. Komen Foundation, by way of a check presentation held during the first intermission of the Devils' November 2nd game.

Tickets for all Lowell Devils home games are on sale now. Season ticket packages - available in 40, 20, or 10 game varieties - are also available. For more information, or to purchase tickets, call the Devils office at (978) 458-PUCK (7825) or visit www.lowelldevilshockey.com.
